Postage/Delivery:

Lost & Damaged Items: Whilst every assistance will be provided in locating lost items, it is the buyers loss should an Item not be delivered by the relevant postal authorities. We therefore recommend that for higher priced Items, Insured Post should be used internationally and Registered Post in Australia. Registered Post covers articles for $100. If you need further insurance then please advise. Whilst we will securely and professionally package your order, it must be remembered that once it leaves our premises we have no control and can bear no responsibilty how the various postal services within Australia and around the world handle your order. After 26 years of trading we have had just 3 items go missing so whilst there is better than a 99.9% chance of a safe delivery, please bear the above in mind.

Shipments to countries with GST/VAT are declared as ' Printed matter/no commercial value' etc. Correct invoice/statement is sent under separate cover airmail (unless otherwise advised)
